Apartment 143, starring Kai Lennox, Gia Mantegna, Michael O'Keefe, Fiona Glascott, Rick Gonzalez and Francesc Garrido, opens in theaters Friday, June 1. The horror film follows a team of parapsychologists as they investigate the haunting of an apartment building.

The film has a runtime of 1 hour 20 minutes and is rated R for language and some terror.
