Scout Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was arrested in New York City Monday evening for criminal impersonation and violating the open-container law. Neither Scout nor her parents have commented.
An NYPD spokesperson confirms the 20-year-old Brown University student was taken into custody in Union Square after an officer saw her drinking a Pakistani beer. When the officer asked to see her ID, Willis pulled out a New York license with the name Katherine Kelly. During questioning Willis admitted the ID was a fake and handed the officer her California ID.
“My name is Scout Willis. The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly,” Willis said, according to the criminal complaint.
Willis was release Tuesday morning without bail. She must appear in Manhattan Criminal Court to face the charges on July 31.
