Washington D.C. Gas Prices Top $5.00 A Gallon

Washington D.C. gas prices top out at $5.06 a gallon for regular gas.

Washington D.C. has passed the $5.00 gallon mark with GasPriceWatch.com reporting a city high of $5.06 a gallon for regular gas at a Washington D.C. station.

The current average price for a gallon of gas in Washington D.C. in $3.93 a gallon, slightly higher than the U.S. gas price average of $3.81 a gallon as reported by GasPriceWatch.com, a leading provider of local gas prices across the United States. The lowest price for a gallon of gas in the nations capital is $3.48 a gallon.  Crude oil futures were reported to come in at $92.89 as of September 22, 2012.
