Virginia Heritage Bank Hosts Generational Differences Lunch Forum at Tysons Corner

Virginia Heritage Bank - held a Small Business Lunch Forum at its Tysons Corner headquarters on Friday, September 14th with speaker Melissa Davies, President of Wise Ways Consulting- who spoke about the generational differences in the workplace.

Attendees enjoyed lunch from New York Deli while engaging in Melissa’s presentation. She is an internationally respected corporate trainer and project facilitator who consistently delivers a deep level of cultural team training and leadership development skills to all her clients. Ms. Davies provides extensive training and facilitation services and programs to U.S. federal and local state government agencies in addition to non-profit organizations and private companies.
