Solomon Kane, starring James Purefoy, Max von Sydow, Pete Postlethwaite, Rachel Hurd-Wood and Mackenzie Crook, opens in theaters Friday, September 28. The action film centers on a 16th century pillager who sets out to stop an evil Overlord from destroying England.

The film has a runtime of 1 hour 44 minutes and is rated R for violence throughout.
