Blue Ivy Carter is already making her mark on the music industry at less than 1 week old. According to Billboard magazine, the infant has officially become the youngest person ever to have a hit on the Billboard music charts thanks to proud dad Jay-Z featuring her cry in his new track “Glory.” Blue is credited as “B.I.C.”

"It's historical. The charts are almost 72 years old, so to be the youngest ever to chart is something," Billboard editorial director Bill Werde tells New York Daily News.

In the song, Jay-Z calls baby Blue is “greatest creation” and reveals she was conceived in Paris. “The most amazing feeling I feel, words can't describe what I'm feeling for real / Baby, I paint the sky blue, my greatest creation was you,” he raps.

"Last time the miscarriage was tragic / We was afraid you'd disappear but nah baby you're magic,” Jay-Z raps.

Blue is the first child for the rapper and wife Beyonce. In a statement released this week, the couple called Blue’s arrival on January 7 “emotional” and “peaceful.” “Her birth was emotional and extremely peaceful – we are in heaven. She was delivered naturally at a healthy 7 lbs.," the couple said. "It was the best experience of both of our lives. We are thankful to everyone for all your prayers, well wishes, love and support."
