Mr. Smith offers advice and a plan of action for the upcoming hurricane season, encouraging individuals to begin preparing through the purchase of necessary items that frequently sell out after a hurricane has hit. Mr. Smith brought up the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) tendency to purchase items in large quantities, thus leaving a shortage for the consumer. Mr.Smith made known that despite being a wholesale company, individual consumers may purchase items from the ProGrade Tool product line as well.
Mr. Smith also introduced ProGrade's upcoming venture into franchising, and the opportunities opened for parties or individuals looking for such a venture.
