Tim McGraw: Kanye West is an Idiot

Tim McGraw has weighed in on Kanye West’s now infamous
VMA moment with Taylor Swift. The country star tells CMT Insider West is an “idiot”
for snatching the microphone from Swift during her acceptance speech and
declaring Beyonce should have won the award.
McGraw, the subject of Swift’s first hit single ‘Tim
McGraw,’ says his three daughters with wife Faith Hill watched the VMAs and
were upset at West, but they also learned a lesson.
“He shows himself to be an idiot every time he does stuff
like that. [My girls] were upset. But what he did do is provide a great example
of how not to be, and my girls learned a big lesson,” McGraw says.
“When they weren't looking I said, "He needs an a--
whoopin'!” he added.
McGraw isn’t the only one speaking out against West. Yesterday,
President Obama called the rapper a “jackass” for interrupting Swift. Read about
