Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:ATI) plunged 5.09% to close at $32.27 on 3.39 million shares after it said it had completed its purchase of Crucible Compaction Metals and Crucible Research for $40.95 million. Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (ATI) is a diversified specialty metals producer. The Company’s products include titanium and titanium alloys, nickel-based alloys and superalloys, zirconium, hafnium and niobium, stainless and specialty steel alloys, grain-oriented electrical steel, tungsten-based materials and cutting tools, carbon alloy impression die forgings, and large grey and ductile iron castings.
Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. (NYSE:ETH) corrected 15.84% to end the day`s trade at $14.03 on over 2.58 million shares after today it announced that it has amended its existing three year senior secured revolving credit facility, increasing the line to $60 million by adding a $20 million commitment from Wells Fargo Retail Finance, LLC who is now part of the company's bank group. It sees Q1 EPS of $0.21-$0.23.
FiberTower Corp. (NASDAQ:FTWR) fell 48.21% or $0.68 to close at $0.73 on over 21.10 million shares after today announced today that it has commenced an exchange offer and consent solicitation relating to any and all of its outstanding 9.00% Convertible Senior Secured Notes due 2012. FiberTower Corp is a provider of facilities-based backhaul services to wireless carriers.
