Diedrich Coffee, Inc. (NASDAQ:DDRX) is one of the most active gainers in today`s trading

and Diedrich Coffee, Inc. announced that they have entered into a definitive
agreement under which Peet`s will acquire Diedrich in a cash and stock

million. Upon completion, the transaction will provide Diedrich shareholders
with cash, as well as the opportunity for continued ownership of an interest in
the combined company through the stock component of the purchase price.
Texas Roadhouse, Inc. (NASDAQ:TXRH) increases 15.76% to $10.87 on over 1.82 million shares
after Texas Roadhouse, Inc. raised its fiscal 2009 outlook and expects diluted
earnings per share growth to be approximately 20% as compared to fiscal 2008.
For fiscal 2010, it expects EPS growth would likely be flat to up 10% compared to
fiscal 2009. The Company reported EPS of $0.52 in fiscal 2008. According to
Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report EPS of $0.61
for fiscal 2009 and EPS of $0.66 for fiscal 2010.
U.S. Energy Corp. (NASDAQ:USEG) soars 15% to $5.89 on a
volume of 965K shares. The stock went up over 157% in last six months of
trading sessions so far. The stock has a 52-week range of $1.45 to $7.30.
U.S. Energy Corp. acquires and develops energy-related and other mineral
properties. The Company is primarily involved in the acquisition of mineral
properties, the exploration and development of those properties, and from time
to time the sale and lease of mineral-bearing properties and production and marketing
of minerals.
