Many of America’s top coal mining companies saw their stock decrease in Friday’s afternoon trading.

This is how the following companies fared by noon in trading:
Arch Coal (NYSE: ACI) fell 41 cents, or 1.8 percent, to $22.27.
Consol Energy (NYSE: CNX) fell 51 cents, or 1.1 percent, to $45.23.
Massey Energy (NYSE: MEE) fell 31 cents, or 0.9 percent, to $32.52.
Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU) rose 6 cents, or .1 percent, to $42.90.
