Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NVMI) has received new bookings totaling $2 million. The bookings are for several integrated metrology units, to support the first phase of a large capacity expansion at a memory manufacturing site. The tools will support the introduction of memory chips at technology nodes of 40nm and below.
