Jon Gosselin Signed Contract with Kate Major

Jon Gosselin reportedly signed a hand-written contract with former Star reporter Kate Major. The contract outlined Major’s employment by Gosselin as his personal assistant and her promised wage. The contract also stated that Major was not to discuss their relationship without Gosselin’s consent.

RadarOnline, which obtained a copy of the agreement, reports the contract is at the center of Gosselin’s legal battle with TLC. TLC is suing the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star for breach of contract. Major has been subpoenaed by TLC to give a deposition in the case.

The contract is dated July 28, 2009. Gosselin allegedly writes, “I, Jon Gosselin, will employ Kate Major as a personal assistant.”

“She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement,” he wrote.

“Jon and I will not comment publicly about our relationship,” Major writes in the agreement.

She apparently broke the contract as she claimed in several interviews that she had an affair with Gosselin.
