TGI Solar (TSPG.PKS) and Prime Solar SRL Provide Update on Two Energy Projects in Sicily, Italy

TGI Solar (PKS.TSPG) will partner with Prime Solar SRL on two project that are taking place in Sicily, Italy. The projects include 1.18 MW PV parks, with a total value of approximately $6.3 million. According to Raoul Derito, the Vice President of Prime Solar, the company's are in final negotiations with local municipalities and expect they will receive approval by the end of the year.

The companies recently signed a Strategic Alliance agreement, which outlines cooperation on projects. Pursuant to the agreement, TGI Solar will receive a management fee plus a % of Prime Solar's generated profit from energy production as a source of recurring income.
