Semtech (NASDAQ: SMTC) reports Q3 EPS of $0.19, ex-items, 2 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter was $75.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $72.50 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.15-$0.17, versus the consensus of $0.27. Sales for the quarter will be unchanged to up 4% from Q3.
Donaldson (NYSE: DCI) reports Q1 adj-EPS of $0.45, ex-items, 11 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.34. Revenue for the quarter was $428.1 million, which compares to the estimate of $423.18 million. Raises its FY10 EPS guidance to $1.75-$1.95, versus the consensus of $1.45.
