The U.S. Renewable Energy Group has entered a cooperation agreement with A-Power Energy

Generation Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ: APWR) under which both sides will commit to the development of a production and assembly in the U.S. which will supply highly advanced wind energy turbines. The turbines will be built to supply renewable energy projects through North and South America. The facility is expected to be 320,000 square feet and produce 1,100 MW of wind energy turbines annually.
