Clearwire Corporation (NASDAQ:CLWR) soars 5.70% to $5.74 after the company announced that Clearwire Escrow Corporation, an unrestricted subsidiary of Clearwire Communications LLC, has priced a supplemental offering of an additional $920,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 12% senior secured notes due 2015 at an issue price of 97.9% (Notes). This offering is in addition to the completion of today`s offering of $1,852,494,000 aggregate principal amount of 12% senior secured notes due 2015.

Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:BCSI) climbs up 6.70% to $27.39 after the company announced that for the third quarter of 2010, it currently expects net revenue in the range of $121 to $126 million. On a GAAP basis, the Company currently expects net income of $0.01 to $0.12 per diluted share. On a non-GAAP basis, the Company currently expects net income of $0.31 to $0.36 per diluted share. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts are expecting the Company to report revenue of $125 million and EPS of $0.31 for the third quarter of 2010.

QAD Inc. (NASDAQ:QADI) climbs up 23.68% to $5.38 after the company announced that for the fourth quarter of 2010, it expects total revenue of approximately $57 million and profit of about $0.13 per fully diluted share. For fiscal 2010, the Company currently expects total revenue of approximately $220 million and profit of about $0.15 per fully diluted share. According to Reuters Estimates, analysts were expecting the Company to report revenue of $56 million and earnings per share (EPS) of $0.03 for the fourth quarter of 2010; revenue of $216 million and EPS of $0.03 for fiscal 2010.
