Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) to Issue New Three-Year Reference Notes

Freddie Mac (NYSE: FRE) on Monday said it will issue a new three-year reference notes security, according to Associated Press.
The notes will price Tuesday, settle Wednesday and are due Jan. 9, 2013.
Prior to this offering, the government-sponsored mortgage agency had issued $51 billion of reference notes securities so far this year. Freddie Mac has about $255 billion in reference notes and reference bonds securities outstanding.

Shares of Freddie Mac fell two cents to $1.08 in morning trading.
