Jon Gosselin was a no-show at court Thursday for a
hearing on TLC’s breach of contract lawsuit. Gosselin has not commented.

TLC sued Gosselin in October, claiming he breached his
contract by making paid and unpaid TV appearances without the network’s
permission. The lawsuit came after Gosselin halted production on his TLC
reality show Jon and Kate Plus 8 by refusing to allow camera crews to film his
8 children.

Meanwhile, Gosselin’s estranged wife Kate Gosselin has
moved on to a new talk show with TLC. The show will debut in the spring of
2010.
