StemCell Pharma, Inc. (SCPI) had submitted to the Commissioner of Patents, Alexandria, Va. evidence to support proof of concept/priority regarding this invention.

SCPI has now two years to submit a patent application, but that will be done much sooner. Some non-confidential information regarding this Invention will be released during the European Stem Cell Congress, May 1-3, 2007 at the Landmark Hotel, London, UK. SCPI has exhibit #8.
