Owen Wilson is in stable condition after a suicide attempt in his Santa Monica home. He was found by his brother Andrew Wilson in his bathroom.

He had taken an overdose of pills and both of his wrists were superficially slit. Wilson has been transferred from St. John's to Cedars-Sinai Hospital. His brothers Andrew and Luke Wilson were by his side.

Owen recently went through a recent breakup with Kate Hudson, but it has not been determined if this was even a cause for this suicide attempt.

His latest movie, "The Darjeeling Limited", starring Natalie Portman, Adrien Brody and Bill Murray is slated to come out September 28.
