Michelle McGee, the alleged mistress of Jesse James, is
set to host a boxing match between Hailey Glassman, the ex-girlfriend of
reality star Jon Gosselin, and porn star Gina Lynn.

Damon Feldman, a promoter of the Celebrity Boxing
Federation, has confirmed McGee will serve as the referee in the May 7 match at
Polaris Club in Philadelphia.

McGee is the first woman to claim an affair with James,
who is married to actress Sandra Bullock.

Glassman, 22, is best known for dating Gosselin. They began
dating in June 2009 after his then-wife Kate Gosselin, who is currently
competing on Dancing with the Stars, filed for divorce. They split in December.

 Lynn, 36, began
starring in porn films in 2001. She now has her own studio, Gina Lynn
Productions.
