Jacksonville chemical plant explosion leaves 3 missing

An explosion at a chemical plant in Jacksonville, Florida has left three workers missing. The plant manufactures ecotane, which is a chemical that is added to gasoline to reduce tailpipe emissions.
The plant is located on Faye Road in the industrial near the waterfront. Police has closed off nearby roads and exits. Office workers in surrounding buildings are being evacuated.
Sources have told reporters for Jacksonville news stations that two people are dead. The city fire department said it is not known yet if any workers have been injured or killed.
