ESPN Anchor Dana Jacobson Returns From Suspension
Atlanta, GA 1/28/2008 03:57 PM GMT (FINDITT)
Dana Jacobson, the host of ESPN2's "First Take", returns from a week suspension Monday following her controversial comments.
During a Jan. 11 roast of ESPN colleagues Mike Golic and Mike Greenberg, the hosts of ESPN Radio show "Mike and Mike in the Morning", Jacobson made a drunken, rambling speech that included vulgar references about Notre Dame. Jacobson said "F*** Notre Dame," "F*** Touchdown Jesus," and finally "F*** Jesus."
Jacobson is a Michigan graduate, and she and Golic, a former Irish defensive lineman, often have exchanged rants about the rivalry between the schools.
Jacobson apologized after the incident, and apologized again during her first broadcast back on Monday morning.
