The mortgage insurance segment of the company offers credit

The financial guaranty segment insures and reinsures credit
bases risks and offers synthetic credit protection from various asset classes
through default swaps.

The financial services division includes the company’s
ownership interests in Credit-Based Asset Servicing and Securitization LLC and
Sherman Financial Services Group LLC.
