Group (ASX:VPG) will present their interim 2008 earnings on February 25 at
5:30 pm.

A property trust, Valad Property Group engages in passive
property ownership, property funds investment and property funds
management.  Operating under two business
segments, Valad Property Trust and Valad Funds Management Limited, the company
invests in passive properties in Australia
and Europe as well as establishes and manages
listed and unlisted property funds.  The
company also invests in listed and unlisted property funds and holds short term
investments before disposal/syndication or sell down to external investors.

Valad Funds Management Limited provides property investment
banking services through its Valad Capital services business.

The company acquired the Scarborough Group and Valad (Hurst)
Limited in July 2007.
