CBS Corporation
(NYSE:CBS) will hold a conference call on February 26 at 8:30 am to discuss the
earnings for the fourth quarter of 2007.

A mass media company, CBS Corporation operates within the
television, radio, outdoor and publishing segments.

The Television segment is comprised of CBS Television, which
includes CBS Network, 40 broadcast television stations owned by the company, CBS
Paramount Network Television and CBS Television Distribution, the company’s
television production and syndication operations; Showtime Networks, and CSTV:
College Sports Television, cable network and online digital media business
devoted to college athletics.

WUPL-TV in New
Orleans, a MyNetwork TV affiliate from CBS was sold to
Belo Corp in February 2007.

CBS acquired CSTV Networks, a cable network and online
digital sports media company for college athletics, in January 2006 as well as
Last.fm, a worldwide music discovery network, in May 2007.
