Patriot Scientific (OTCBB: PTSC) Trading at $0.37, Up $0.02. Announced yesterday after the close that the companys share repurchase plan has resumed and from time to time will be buying back its stock in the open market. As part of the stock buyback program and prior to the trading restriction that occurred during the nine months ended February 29, 2008, the company repurchased 5,698,821 shares of its outstanding common stock in the open market at an aggregate cost of $3,042,921.

POZEN (Nasdaq: POZN) trading at $13.99, Up $3.46. Today announced along with GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK) that the FDA has approved Treximet for the acute treatment of migraine attacks with or without aura in adults. Treximet is the first and only migraine product designed to target multiple mechanisms of migraine by combining a triptan, a class of migraine-specific medicines pioneered by GSK, and an anti-inflammatory pain reliever in a single tablet.
