Jamie Lynn Spears “Thrilled” with New Daughter

Jamie Lynn Spears and her fiancé Casey Aldridge welcomed their daughter yesterday at a hospital in Mississippi and the 17-year-old’s father says his daughter is “thrilled” with baby Maddie Briann.

“We’re thrilled, we’re all absolutely thrilled,” Jamie Spears told Life and Style Magazine.

Spears and Aldridge were engaged in March and recently bought a house in Mississippi. A friend of the couple says they were “looking forward” to having the baby. “She was so excited about having this child. (They were) looking forward to it so much,” says the insider.
