Halle Berry Files Criminal Complaint Over Baby Pictures

Halle Berry has filed a criminal complaint against paparazzi that got shots of her holding her 4-month-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry. The actress alleges that the photographers trespassed on her private property and took the photos of her and her daughter in the backyard.

The pictures appeared on the internet and in two celebrity magazines. It was claimed that the pictures were of Berry and Nahla “out and about in Los Angeles,” but the actress denies the reports.

“The paparazzi have gone too far,” Berry said in a statement to the Associated Press. “I have long since come to terms with the fact that choosing a career as an actress has made me a public figure, but my baby has made no such choice, and unless and until she does, I will do everything I can to keep her out of the public eye.”

An investigation is underway. Fame pictures distributed the pictures. In Touch Weekly and Life and Style magazine purchased the photos from Fame and published them in this week’s edition. Berry wants the pictures removed from the internet.

Nahla is the first child for Berry and model Gabriel Aubry.
