Shoe Carnival, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCVL), a leading retailer of value-priced footwear and accessories, has announced that all Shoe Carnival stores will be accepting monetary donations to the American Red Cross for the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Titled the Hurricane Relief Fund, customers and visitors to the store can donate any amount they wish at any register at all Shoe Carnival locations. One hundred percent of the funds collected will go to the American Red Cross.
