David Cook Admits Longtime Romance with Kimberly Caldwell

American Idol champ David Cook has admitted an ongoing relationship with former Idol contestant Kimberly Caldwell. Cook confirmed the romance during an interview on the Johnny and Jayde radio show.

The couple began dating in May after Cook asked Caldwell out to dinner on live TV.

Cook released his self titled album this year. Caldwell is currently working as a correspondent for TV Guide Network.
