Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have reportedly decided to
expand their family – with twins. Sources close to Holmes say the actress has
been talking to close friends about her and Cruise’s plans for twins. “The main
topic of conversation was babies. Twins to be exact!” says an insider.

The couple, who are parents to 3-year-old daughter Suri,
plan to use in-vitro fertilization to conceive their next child as the fertility
treatment raises the chances of conceiving twins.

“Katie wouldn’t mind having two more kids with Tom, but
she didn’t have the easiest pregnancy with Suri, so she isn’t looking forward to
two more pregnancies,” says another source. “And Tom loves the idea of twins.”

Cruise also has two adopted children with ex-wife Nicole
Kidman.
