Researchers found that people who exercised more, followed a low fat diet and joined a weight loss program have better and more permanent results.
The researchers studied 4,000 people who were trying to lose weight and tracked their progress over a year. They concluded that people who ate less fatty foods and exercised regularly lost the most weigh. The individuals who used diet pills, followed fad and liquid diets had less success with dieting.
