Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Visit Syria

On the heels of reports that they have split, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt stepped out together during a trip to Syria. Jolie, a goodwill ambassador for the UNHCR, and Pitt visited refugees in Syria Friday.

“Most Iraqi refugees cannot return to Iraq in view of the severe trauma they experienced there, the uncertainty linked to the coming Iraqi elections, the security issues and the lack of basic services," Jolie said in a statement released by the UNHCR. "They will, therefore, be in need of continued support from the international community."
