Today, most of the Airline stocks are trading up after few of stocks is being upgraded.

Continental Airlines, Inc. (NYSE:CAL) climbed 3.91% to $11.95 after today Next Generation upgrades CAL to Buy from Sell and also raised its price target from $10 to $17. Continental Airlines, Inc. (Continental) is a United States air carrier engaged in the business of transporting passengers, cargo and mail. The Company operates in two business segments: mainline and regional. Including its wholly owned subsidiary, Continental Micronesia, Inc. (CMI), and regional flights operated on its behalf under capacity purchase agreements with other carriers, it operated more than 2,800 daily departures.

AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI) increased 6.38% to $4.50 after after Next Generation upgrades AAI from Neutral to Buy. AirTran Holdings, Inc. (AirTran) conducts the flight operations, through its wholly owned subsidiary, AirTran Airways, Inc. The Company is engaged in operating scheduled airlines in the United States. eration upgrades AAI from Neutral to Buy.

UAL Corporation (NASDAQ:UAUA) was also upgraded from Neutral to Buy at Next Generation and also raised their price target from $11 to $13. UAL Corporation (UAL) is a holding company whose principal subsidiary is United Air Lines, Inc. (United). Most of UAL's revenue during the year ended December 31, 2008, was from United's airline operations.
