Levi Johnston Taking Palin Family to Court

Levi Johnston is set to take the Palin family to court over custody issues with ex-girlfriend Bristol Palin. Johnston says he plans to file for legal joint custody of he and Bristol’s 10-month-old son Tripp.

In an interview with The Insider, Johnston - who is set to pose nude in the December issue of Playgirl magazine - says the Palins have “pushed him over the edge.” The 19-year-old has previously claimed the family prevents him from being alone with Tripp.

“Not working. I'm done. It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge,” he tells The Insider.

Neither Bristol nor mom Sarah Palin, former governor of Alaska, has commented.
