Jennifer Lopez Files $10 Million Lawsuit Against Ex Husband
Atlanta, GA 11/10/2009 03:23 PM GMT (TransWorldNews)
Jennifer Lopez has filed a $10 million lawsuit against
ex-husband Ojani Noa. The lawsuit claims Noa is in violation of a
confidentiality agreement in place since 2004 by attempting to sell a tape they
made on their honeymoon in 1997.
The video, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J Lo
and Ojani Noa Story, allegedly contains footage of Lopez wearing lingerie while
in “sexual situations.” An argument between Lopez and her mother is also
allegedly included.
A Los Angeles judge has forbidden Noa of making the video
public until a ruling is made on the case. Lopez has requested all the footage
be handed to her lawyers to see whether Noa has violated their agreement.
Lopez, who is now married to Marc Anthony, and Noa wed in
February 1997 and divorced 11 months later.
