Ingram Micro and Cisco Systems Enter Agreement to Promote Global Expansion

Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM) has entered a global contract with Cisco Systems Inc. The contract standardizes terms and conditions across all regions. Ingram Micro will now offer their resellers international access to Cisco products and related services with consistent terms, processed and support.

Through the terms of agreement, Ingram Micro's reseller partners will be able to utilize Ingram Micro's global presence and gain entry into countries in which they currently do not have a presence. The contract will apply to over 150 countries in which Ingram Micro supports Cisco sales. Through the Ingram Micro Global Order Desk, customers will be able to receive worldwide support.
