MICROS Systems Announce Retirement of Gary C. Kaufman as CFO

MICROS Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: MCRS) has announced the retirement of Gary C. Kaufman. Kaufman will retire on March 31, 2010, following his term of almost 16 years as MICROS' CFO. Cynthia A. Russo will succeed Mr. Kaufman as CFO on March 31, 2010. Russo currently serves as Senior VP and Corporate Controller. Over the next few months, Russo will be working closely with Kaufman to assure a smooth transition.
