China North East Petroleum Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NEP) has appointed Mrs. Guizhi Ju to their Board of Directors. Mrs. Ju will assume the position immediately. She will replace Mr. Yu Liguo, who resigned from the board for personal health reasons. Guizhi Ju brings to the board over 25 years over leadership and management experience. She currently serves as General Manager and Director for Songyuan Yu Qiao Oil & Gas Development Co., Ltd.
