Britney Spears goes to hospital, calls police

Trouble seems to be Britney Spears’ middle name. The pop princess stirs up trouble everywhere she goes, and this time the police even had to be called in.

Spears had to make a visit to a hospital- an animal hospital that is- for her new puppy, London. Spears and her rehired assistant/cousin, Alli Sims, left her Beverly Hills home on Friday around 1 p.m. cradling her Yorkshire Terrier puppy.

Reports say that the ‘Toxic’ singer seemed upset as she got to the hospital. Spears handed the puppy to Sims, who took it inside, while she waited in the car with her two sons. The troubled singer became frustrated with the paparazzi while she was waiting and called the police for help.

Spears was finally able to move when the road was cleared. Us Weekly magazine confirmed that the puppy was treated by a veterinarian, and Sims insisted that the dog only went in for a checkup.

Spears was recently divorced from Kevin Federline. The pair share joint custody of their sons, but Federline reportedly wants sole custody because he believes that Spears isn’t fit to care for the children.
