Dennis Kucinich or Bill Richardson - Trying to Come Out of the Second Tier

The two latest Michigan polls -- one by American Research Group, the other by EPIC/MRA -- are consistent with each other according to USAElectionPolls.com. The web site points out, however, that there exists a disparity in the poll results for two of the bottom tier candidates, Bill Richardson and Dennis Kucinich.

Dennis Kucinich is at 5% in the EPIC/MRA poll but Bill Richardson is at 5% in the American Research Group. The web site points out that this is the result of how margins of error are much larger in subgroups of a poll.
