The Corporation is pleased to announce that Mr. Nissim Zur, has agreed to join the Board of Advisors of the Corporation, effective immediately.

Nissim Zur founded Calllan Communications Ltd in order to offer a Global VoIP solution to USBPhone owners. Calllan offers unique services using a Multi Point technology worldwide. Nissim Zur is the inventor of the Company's cutting edge technology, known as "Multipoint telephone Architecture”, which is at the core of all USBPhone solutions and most specifically the miPhone application. Nissim has been responsible for the general management of the Company and all of its research and development activities since its inception, and continues to oversee all aspects of development.

From 1980 to 1995, Nissim held the position of Research and Development Manager at Elisra Co. Ltd., where he directed the development of digital and analog telecommunications systems.

Nissim Zur is the third member of the corporation’s Advisory Board and will work with Mr. Baker and Mr. Appelbaum to provide both distribution and technology direction to the Board and management team of miNetwork Group.
