The Corporation is pleased to announce that a Board of Advisors is being formed as part of the Corporation’s move to global distribution of the many products and services that have been assembled by the management team. The first two members to agree to join the newly formed Advisory Board are Mr. Ernest Baker and Mr. Roy Appelbaum.

Mr. Baker, is the President and CEO of Myriad Consulting and Chairman of the Board of SMC Networks. Previous experience since 1995 includes being the founder and CEO of LVL7 Systems and Accton Americas as well as the founder and a Board member for Raleigh Technology Company and Peracom Networks. Mr. Baker left IBM in 1995 as the Program Manager for the Networking Hardware Division, responsible for more than 200 technical professionals and LAN Networking product development with revenues exceeding $1.3 billion annually.

Mr. Roy Appelbaum is a proven sales and marketing executive, with over 20 years of experience with NYNEX Business Information Systems Company and Tech Data Corporation. Mr. Appelbaum was the Director of Product Marketing and Advanced Systems for Nynex Business Information Systems, a national US chain of 78 Business Centers involved in the sales and marketing of computer related products to businesses and consumers. In that capacity he consistently grew the business in excess of 100% in successive years.

As Vice President of Product Marketing for Tech Data, Mr. Appelbaum was a key architect of Tech Data’s Specialized Business Unit strategy. While serving as the head of the networking division, he developed new business opportunities in high-end storage and telephony both of whichquickly became the company’s fastest growing and most profitable operating units. He also served as the division head for Tech Data’s Peripherals, Components and Supplies businesses. Under his leadership these units achieved record results and were repeatedly recognized as#1 in reseller preference by both CRN and VAR business magazines. Roy has strong leadership skills in marketing, sales, supply chain and dealer/reseller management, as well as an extensive list of executive level relationships with many of the industries premier manufacturers.
