The Corporation is pleased to announce that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Prime Domain and HyperOffice for the distribution of the web portal services under the brand miOffice. The corporation is currently working with HyperOffice to create a separate “application” bar which will allow the corporation to quickly add new services to the miOffice suites to be sold by miNetwork Group through it’s distribution partners and agents. “It is expected that the initial new applications will be launched by miNetwork in the first quarter of 2005 and introduced to our Distributors and Agents early in May” stated Dan Pacholik President and CEO of miNetwork Group.

‘We have been utilizing the package internally for about three months and have loaded a number of initial customers to work with us and beta test the new services that are expected to be commercially available shortly”, added Mr. Pacholik. “The miOffice package is being bundled with services such miPhone, miCard, miBackup, miMessenger, miVideo and numerous other services into offerings such as miHome, miHome Office, miBusiness and others yet to be defined in specific geographic markets. The consumer will simply purchase a miOffice package that includes the VOIP services of miPhone and then add features a la carte on the fly by adding them to their shopping cart and selecting an online purchase option” commented Mr. Pacholik.
